been there 3 times and it keeps getting progressively worse. asked for extra cheese on my pizza and there was very little cheese. It was basically all crust.
Horrible experience. Ordered at 6:30, At 7:55 standing there waiting for half my order while holding the other half now room temp at best. Disgusting service, something very wrong here. Don’t waste your money, pizzaco right in plaza behind, good food and TIMELY service. The sad part is corporate doesn’t even care! Lol
Maybe the pizza comes out good, maybe it doesn't. Maybe it comes out quickly, maybe it takes a long time. Always hard to tell. My favorite was the other night when I placed an online order and someone mistakenly put a cold sub in the warming oven - a kid behind the counter asked if that was going to be be a problem. Yes, yes it would be a problem.
All these kids clearly don't want to work. Super lazy. Should probably have an older, mature, experienced manager on duty so your employees will actually do their job. What a disappointment.
This was my first time ordering from here. Never again. It took an hour and a half to get here and when it did, everything was cold and soggy. The person on the phone wasn't exactly helpful either when I called at the 1:25 mark to make sure my order went through like it should. I should have known better. Spartan Pizza from now on.
Horrible service. Tried the all you can eat buffet. Took nearly 10 minutes for my first slice ( which was burned beyond enjoyment) ate it cause I've already paid... Went back up for another and stood waiting for over 10 minutes. Never received another slice. Employees seemed to be bothered by customers. I'll NEVER step foot back in this establishment. Sucks cause the short girl with glasses at the cash register was really cute!
Horrible service, food always came wrong plus never delivery the order on time. Call to complain and the guy hanged up on my face... Call again and put me on hold and never get back to me. Papaginos in Merrimack NH is the worse place, never buy anything from papaginos anymore.
