We ordered Pizza on Sunday night for pick up and my whole family got food poisoning! I will never go to Papa Ginos again.
I had a great expiernece at Papa ginos in Franklin my friend and I ordered a pizza that came out on time, but was made incorrectly. Randy the manager was quick, curtious, professional, and accommodating to our complaint. Although it was made incorrectly the pizza still tasted very good. Thank you Randy and papa ginos for your excellent attention to customer satisfaction.
