Going downhill fast!!! Makes me sad as we normally have a Papa Gino’s night once a week. Think I’m done the deals aren’t worth the errors and sloppiness. I’m guessing new management. Oh well

incredible staff good food
Well I had an issue Tonight with my online order showing up an hour after I placed the order and a quarter of it flipped inward. I called and spoke to hayley( sp?). And she took care of everything and gave me a $10 credit on my rewards card.
It was a great experience
they dont give a f*ck about what they serve you..we got a raw pizza and iced cold spaghetti and meat balls. they said sorry..not can i make you another pizza or your mobey back..there is no quality control or CARE to what they serve. Ive had it with them all. came to auburn because worcester ones are 3 times worse..but now we know its the entire company...cooperate sucks too. they do nothing amd think a coupon for a dollar off your next visit helps.
