All hype and no substance! For expensive Mexican the food was ok. The atmosphere is nice but I won't be going back. We are not a fan.

Que Malo!!! – Well...I will let u be the judge and jury...after waiting for over an hour my husband and I (who is Mexican) were seated in the WORST table in the rest. We literally might as well have been seated IN the kitchen...we were RIGHT IN THE WALKWAY...after ordering - the waiter FORGOT our appetizers and then after over 45 min. When Papa Gallo opened up there was an unknown but talented chef that began working with Jason the owner of Papa Gallo and Arad Evans. Jason realized that this chef had knowledge and a creative propensity towards the food that he wanted to serve in the new restaurant. He gained this chef's confidence by promising him the world, leading him on with the hope of a future partnership, pay raises, or as part of a franchise in the future. revised – it is a resturaunt in Fayetville that recently started up focusing on tex-mex food. No more no less.
Great Mexican – The food was great and the atmosphere was warm. The nachos were yummy and the server was very helpful in her recommendations. My husband loved the special she was suggesting. We will definitely go back. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. It is hard to find good restaurants in the area and this is one we can add to our ever dwindling list!
