I came across PAP auto parts via a google search for a relatively obscure part for my 98 VW Jetta. Checked out safe and secure, no surprises yet. But when a shipping info error (on my behalf) was discovered, they actually called me to sort it out. Not only that, but when I informed them that because of MY error I would no longer need them to supply the part, as a limited time frame forced me to go the outrageously priced dealership.
