Parked at the truck stop beside it, we got excited to see a Kenworth parts supplier. Called for a radiator tank, they did have it in stock for $507. Online it’s $115 so nope, ordered online!

Walked in with a legitimate question about how to best fix a problem on my Peterbilt. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, the guy behind the desk asked me what I wanted as if I were a nuisance. Zero customer service interest. Zero concern for what I was there to try to sort out. Treated me like a moron. Rest assured, I will not trouble them further.
