The Collision Department is great! They very busy, but they always take the time to call back and stand behind their work.

They got my car for repair in the beginning of January and didnt touch it for over a month. They even texted me within days of receiving it offering to buy it from me, but never actually worked on it. Had to call another shop to get it towed off their property but it took a few days because my car was surrounded by ice from a storm that came a month after they got my car. Requested oil change as well since it was in the shop from 12/24/25- 1/23/26 but not done. Length of time attributed to ‘waiting for check from insurance company’ . Mazda sent the wrong part which further extended the repair. Excellent body work and even cleaned my car inside and outside .
