Really rude doctor ! Worse pediatrician in the valley
Horrible visit . Doctor was extremely rude and called me dumb . I cant believe someone like this sees children . I recommend to stay away if you care about your child’s health .
Dre Wiernik has been our Dr. for 16 years. At the beginning the service was exceptional. I loved her & didn't care about the wait at all (always 3+ hours even with an apt.) As time progressed she began to become more aggressive and moody it seemed. MY DAUGHTERS HAVE SEEN DR WIERNICK A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WERE CONTENT WITH THE SERVICES, ONLY WISH MS. OCHOA P.A WAS A FULLTIME P.A AT THE CLINIC. WE HAVE FOLLOWED MS. OCHOA EVERYWHERE AND WISH HER SCHEDULE WAS MORE OPEN FOR PATIENTS.
Excellent Doctor in pediatrics. Have had my eldest, now 20 with her since 6 months old. I currently have my 2 younger children, 10 and 8 there and love her care and attention in putting children first!
The receptionist has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was extremely rude. Dr. Wiernik was very pushy about giving my daughter the flu shot, she even told me it was mandatory and because I kept refusing the shot she made me signed a form "for the Health Department". As far as I know, shots specially the flu shot are not mandatory, that's your right as a parent or individual, you get to decided to get it or not.
Made an appointment with insurance info as a new patient on Monday, filled out the forms and emailed them back with a copy of insurance card on Tuesday, showed up 20-min earlier on Wednesday. After waited for one hour, started to ask about the status about every 10-min, been told a couple of more minutes every time. And started to see other patients coming later than us have been called in to see the doctor. After waited for more than 90 minutes, left in vain (w/o saying goodbye either)!
