This is one of those rare restaurants that is absolutely perfect, from the staff and atmosphere, to the outstanding food.
For our anniversary dinner we had an inspired meal at Panzur Restaurant in Tivoli, NY. The chef works with a lot of lacto-ferments and is doing a LOT of koji ferments as well. Been to this restaurant twice and loved everything from the food to the knowledgeable staff. The food is outstanding, you'll taste flavors you never tasted before! Family night the meal is served family style at your table, add a few small plates to share and dine like a king! Signature cocktails are great along with their selection of beer and wine.
The brussel sprouts may be the best dish I have ever eaten anywhere. Never thought I'd say that about brussel sprouts.
My husband and I decided to spend our 1st wedding anniversary in Hudson. We were told to check out Tivoli for fine dining and after some researched of the top restaurants in town, we settled on Panzúr. We didn't realize just how spectacular the food was going to be; it really surpassed our expectations.
