I was born and raised in New York City and live just outside Chicago now. Have eaten at some of the finer Italian restaurants.for colorado I was impressed food was excellent owners a sweetheart and when ever I'm passing thru it's always dinner at Pantisocracy I highly recommend it.

Excellent service - excellent experience from start to finish! We were a party of four; one with gluten free dietary restriction. The chef was very accommodating and even had a G.F. dessert to finish the evening. Notable wine list and the house offerings were tasty. Good size portions with affordable priced entrees. We will go back!
What's not to love? Amazing staff and the best Italian food in town. Eggplant Parmesan Davide , salad, bread, Chianti were my choice for the evening and they were so delicious. The left overs were great too.
Order an Italian salad, wonderful bread, and Lasagna Bolognese. Add a Chianti, and finish with the Italian Lemon-filled cake. This might be the best meal in the county. Krista and the team bring nuances of Verona to the Western Slope. Buon appetito!
Staff and owner are awesome. Great stay here at hotel thanks to them. :) Great food too. Gonna miss u guys
