Clyde my Goldendoodle just had a terrible experience and will NEVER be back. I explained to them it was his first visit and he’s still a puppy and I requested a puppy/teddy cut (nothing fancy and pretty standard from what I’ve read). They seemed fine about it all and said I could pick him up this afternoon. Note I’ve had dogs that have attended groomers so years and have never had anything like this. This was my first visit for my golden's summer cut and he looks fabulous! I wouldn't go anywhere else.....
My dog was nervous and clingy after I picked him up. He has cuts in his ears and they cut his coat way too short. Will never take him back there.
Julie is wonderful! Our dog, Scout, is anxious, but gets through his grooming days because of the care he’s given.
I’m very impressed with Pantops they made my Maltese Willie very comfortable I loved how he turned out they took the time to show me the bows and bandana’s I would take him back over and over
Staff was professional and very friendly! My dog Boo will be a regular here, they treated her like a queen.
