I started my search for our new vehicle at a dealer in Christiansburg where I first test drove the Outlander. I took the deal they gave me to Pantili Mitsubishi where I met Chris Bellini. He answered all of my questions and gave me a better deal than the one I was initially given. We also test drove several other vehicles and never once did we feel pressured to make any decisions. I purchased new tires today with Pantili Mitsubishi. From start to finish, the service was stupendous. Chad was super efficient in receiving my car and delivering quality customer service. Pantili price-matched the competition and added a free car wash to boot. I will definitely revisit Pantili Mitsubishi for all my future car servicing needs.

Great experience. Popcorn and coffee while I waited for the oil to be changed on our outlander sport. The crew also cleaned the outside of the car and filled up the empty washer fluid. I only ordered an oil change but they went the extra mile.
