We have used PantherRx pharmacy a couple different times for my husband's specialty medicine and we absolutely love them! Every time we call they are so very helpful with everything. They will stay on the line with you if they are transferring you and will always find the right person to help and help in whatever way they can. They are always on top of his refills also. He got his medications in a timely fashion. Best specialty pharmacy we have ever dealt with! If you have an option to use Panther, we highly recommend them!
This is the corporate headquarters. Great place to work!
Working with the case managers at Panther has been very difficult and there have been incompetent staff. The case managers are supposed to help patients with obtaining prior authorization with their insurance for Strensiq. The pharmacists are excellent but, their nurses and case managers are not knowledgeable and are rude to patients.
Excellent service and support at every level. 110% satisfied and recommendable
