Very friendly and always very helpful when I ask questions.
Called over two weeks ago to get an “advance” on my prescription due to traveling out of the country for 6 weeks. The person I spoke too said they would get it taken care of. A day or two later they said it was all handled and I would receive my medication on the 9th, Today, Friday the 6th at 6:30 pm mountain time someone calls to tell me it is not handled and if I would like to pay for it myself it would be 20K!! I received my medication through Panther for almost 4 years. They were fantastic and knew me after a while. They were extremely proactive with addressing insurance issues and helping me whenever my employer switched insurance so that I never had a delay in receiving my medication while being with them. We have used PantherRx pharmacy a couple different times for my husband's specialty medicine and we absolutely love them! Every time we call they are so very helpful with everything. They will stay on the line with you if they are transferring you and will always find the right person to help and help in whatever way they can. They are always on top of his refills also. He got his medications in a timely fashion. Best specialty pharmacy we have ever dealt with! If you have an option to use Panther, we highly recommend them!
