Terrible experience I dropped off my suit jacket for an alteration I asked for specific day "if it could be done by then" they ensured it could be done. That day came my jacket was still being tailored, they did not do anything to relief the inconvenience they had caused. Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My stuff was supposed to be done by 11am. I needed one of my dresses for a 4:30 event. They kept telling me it’ll be 1 hour then when it wasn’t ready 3 hours later that the driver would be 15 minutes. Well - 45 min after that at 4pm they had it ready. I still have to pick up my kids and get them ready and be back at the university by 5pm. Just tell customers the truth please. Don’t say 10 min when you mean 30.

I have tried this place 4 times. Every single time they did not meet the pick up dateline. Every time I had to pick up my clothes the day after. I do. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I gave them so many opportunities is because I live very near but not even that is sufficient to go back.
