Wow I am about to call maintenance and see all of the reviews. I have lived here two years and it's a very peaceful place. The staff has always been good to me and maintenance as well. I am bottom level.and can hear my neighbor walking but have been in a McMansion in Fayetteville Ar and SAME. We are looking for an apartment in Tyler for our son and was just telling my friends that I really cannot say anything negative about this place. Quiet. Safe. Clean. Love my concrete floors.
