Panther has always done right by us. Terry came today and took a look at our UV air purifier, diagnosed the problem and had the replacement UV light in the truck so was able to fix it on the spot, with a smile and jokes and took some extra time to double check a few other things to make sure nothing else was going on.
We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Terry Morrison, Service Technician, quickly discovered what was causing the problem and he fixed it. In addition, there was a water leak from a condenser pipe from our furnace and Terry repaired it and installed a support strap around the pipe. He re-leveled the pad supporting an outdoor A/C unit and checked it for proper performance.
