Great Dr who cares about his patient!
I saw Dr Pantelakis several times for an emergency and he was competent & had a friendly personality. However, when I called his office and spoke with his receptionist it was a nightmare. She insisted that I speak with the office manager who demanded to know how I intended to pay for the visit since I am self-insured. I always pay the bill in full on the spot - but she first refused to make me an appointment, then insisted on me paying $300 in advance, in cash, and to her before seeing the doctor.
