I had called regarding one of their drivers and no one answered or called me back, Saids a lot about them
A few years ago we had two hvac units installed, which was installed so sloppy. We did complained regarding this sloppy installation. Came out again, redid the outside insulation, Worked for awhile, today, Had to call another company for service. It was brought to our attention, the drain pipe was installed wrong! Some of the condensation was dripping back in our house! We paid close to 7000.00 for these two units. They are top of the line! Think about calling this company!!!!! They came out to look at unit in May. The pictures are how they left it (Parker and Sons took the photos). The unit blows warm air now in mid July and it is because Pantano left our wiring like this. Fire hazard. I don't recommend.
We recently purchased a new home and the inspection report detailed multiple issues with HVAC system. I decided to use Pantano as they're familiar with the York systems like the one installed in my home. They rewired the thermostat, replaced the conduit, installed new insulation and resealed the air handler. The techs were knowledgable, professional and the price was fair. Now I have the piece of mind that my HAVAC is installed correctly by a professional company.
