Pantano cooling has been a fantastic company for me, from a new install in 2020 to a rush service call this morning. The dispatcher is so pleasant and quickly returns calls and the service technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, kind, hardworking and clean up the site. Thank you Pantano for the great service!
I had called regarding one of their drivers and no one answered or called me back, Saids a lot about them
A few years ago we had two hvac units installed, which was installed so sloppy. We did complained regarding this sloppy installation. Came out again, redid the outside insulation, Worked for awhile, today, Had to call another company for service. It was brought to our attention, the drain pipe was installed wrong! Some of the condensation was dripping back in our house! We paid close to 7000.00 for these two units. They are top of the line! Think about calling this company!!!!!
