Dr Panys Siu Lai is a great Doctor. but Amy the staff in the front desk is terrible. When i held Dr Siu-Lai's referral form to the front desk and asked for help, she just rudely said you called the referral appointment by yourself and her attitude refuses to offer any help. Terrible person ever, especially working in doctor's office.
