The other day woke up to a cold apartment. Furnace was not working. Temperature was 16 degrees. Immediately called on maintenance. They got right on it and within the hour received phone call from furnace guy Adam who advise he will be here in 20 minutes meanwhile I had a knock and Jackie was standing there with 2 heaters to warm up apartment until heat fixed.
