They find any little reason to send a letter or form to evict tenants that are not paying market rents. I have live in one of their buildings for 17 years, at first under a previous owner. Since Panoramic bought the building then are renovating units and charging $2,000+ a month. People like me in older units since Panoramic’s takeover are constantly harassed over every little thing. I don’t know what this company thinks is appropriate or acceptable behaviour from their employees, but today’s experience was incredibly negative, and downright dangerous. The employee that drives the truck with license plate BE 27397 needs to be spoken to about professionalism and safe driving. Despite it being VERY clear there were people in front of me and beside me, this man tailgated me for multiple km on the QEW even though we were going over 120km/hour.
