They find any little reason to send a letter or form to evict tenants that are not paying market rents. I have live in one of their buildings for 17 years, at first under a previous owner. Since Panoramic bought the building then are renovating units and charging $2,000+ a month. People like me in older units since Panoramic’s takeover are constantly harassed over every little thing.
