If I could give “0” stars it would be to high. Chris did a 30,000 dollar job for me over a fall spring project. He collects 50% of the job before he starts and disappears until you badger him to show up. Promises are broken all the time and a two week project turns into six weeks. His subcontractors tell me they aren’t paid in a timely manner and Chris’s starts to many jobs to collect the deposits to keep afloat. The guarantee is a joke. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business. Chris promises things and cannot deliver. I had several definitive dates for installation and all of them were missed without so much as a phone call. All I received were excuses and blaming everything from the weather to lack of employees. He did a landscape plan and took a deposit with the understanding he would start in 10 to 14 days.
