We were not told that service calls would be extra expensive because of our location. (Nashville, TN). We have had more problems in the three years that we have had this machine than in the 15 years we had the machine that this one replaced. Service technicians that have been sent to our office did not seem to be very knowledgeable and panoramic corporation has to send parts to our office for the technicians to have to repair the machine. overall experience is negative. Since installation, lots of problems. Service call was subpar, does not really follow up with problem. One technician even told me that they don't have the tool to fix it. Well, it's their machine and they don't have the tool. Am I supposed to provide the tool as well?
