Absoulety horrible customer service. Our machine has not functionede properly for over a month and they have refused to correct issues or send a tech out! Beware!!
Worst customer service have been trying to speak with some for the last 3 months and still have not received a phone call or email or a simple hello!!
Better Customer service. called Twice , Emailed and requested someone to come FIX OUR ENCOMPASS twice. I have been on hold for and hour just listening to this awful music. It has been a week .... so NOT HAPPY WITH YOU
worst customer service ever! We bought a new machine a couple of months ago, our practice hasn't opened yet. We tried to get the machine certified, the inspector couldn't get it to work, and we have been literally on hold for 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting on someone to respond. We definitely don't recommend the machine due to your poor service.
Better customer service would be nice. Answer the phone promptly. Stand behind your products. I am very unhappy with Panoramic Corp right now. I have owned a new pan/ceph machine for about 1.5 years. It has never been right. The problem we have is when we take a pan then attempt to take a ceph right afterward. Often it works no problem, but other times we get a red light when we hit "acquire", and a message saying no sensor or something to that effect. It took one week for a response for trouble with our panoramic machine and the call was made on our lunch hour. Now I've been on hold for 15 minutes with crappy music and no one answers the phone. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different company. The customer service sucks.
Not happy. Problems every 6-8 months, expensive service, statements for service not sent out for nearly 6 months after the service is performed, lost income, wasted time. Very good images that my specialists comment on..... when it's working.
