I’ve been seeing Renata at Panarama for almost a year for my knee that I tore my ACL and MCL. I’m no better now than I was 11 months ago. I’m very frustrated. Also was told by her to see Dr. York for the numbness in my foot. Saw Dr. York yesterday and my back is great. Was told that where my numbness was is always not due to something wrong with my back and I needed to see an ankle/foot Dr. So I wasted time, money, and my sanity worrying all for nothing. Do Not Use this facility! Over charged, under served, Never answer their phones or return multiple voicemails!! Zero Stars!
Panorama is so utterly incompetent at providing healthcare that they're legitimately, actively harmful to their patients. I was referred to them by an urgent care facility after breaking my hand, and they've since turned me away at walk-in hours, scheduled an appointment at the wrong facility, and then refused to see me at the correct one. The entire time, their phone staff, front desk staff, and doctors have all been snarky, condescending, and frankly cruel.
