This is not about the practice specifically but watch out for the bills they send, they are very predatory and do not pay any attention to what is sent out. I was sent over 20 bills for the same service, I called dozens of times and explained to them that it was already paid for and I had the receipt and they insisted I was wrong. Called earlier in the week, was told it would be best to go to the walk-in clinic in Golden due to appointments/urgency after explaining the injury and timeline. Golden office refused my service because of the said timeline of the injury, though I can barely walk. Called the Westminster office back to schedule an appointment to be told that they do not accept my insurance, only to verify through my provider that all of their locations/doctors are covered under my plan.

Aww, I'm so disappointed. I really need to be able to go to a nearby place, due to mental and physical challenges and I let them in on that so they could help me and I then I went into asking if they possibly have availability for Wed, February 1st (so I could go with my caregiver, who could take notes and help make sure questions are answered and understood by both parties and to make sure there's time for that re proper care) and they asked me what insurance I had and then told me that as of February 1st, 2023, they are no... read more

Miss schedule front office mistake(they miss scheduled me on more than one occasion). Can never see the surgen that did my knee Dr. Foran was good but office staff are terrible. Will never return and I am moving my care to a different ortho office that truly cares about their patients. I am through with Panorama. If in need of Ortho would search elsewhere. The PT department also is a cluster mess with scheduling.

Unprofessional. Unorganized. Incompetent. I went to see one of their doctors roughly a month ago for elbow bursitis. Dr. Caldwell was very nice and aspirated my elbow without any pain. The problem is what came after the doctors visit. My bursitis filled back up, as it is known to do. I have been living with it for 2 over months at this point.
