I had rotator cuff surgery performed by Dr. Foulk. My wife also had the surgery earlier in the year also with Dr. Foulk. Both surgeries went remarkably well. Hope not to have any more surgeries but if I do I will rely on Dr. Foulk to get me through it.
I highly recommend Dr. Foulk. He takes the time to explain things in detail and answers your questions.
Dr. Foulk was amazing! He went over everything, spent a good amount of time talking about the plan going forward, and really made my daughter comfortable by relating to her with her marching band stuff. He made us both feel at ease and that we can be confident we made the right choice with Panorama and Dr. Foulk. I look forward to having him help my daughter heal.
He is very personable & down to earth. When we chose surgery he explained it in a way that was easy to understand. He went out of his way to get my husband scheduled & approved by insurance in just a few hours the day before Thanksgiving. His support staff was also friendly & very knowledgeable. After surgery he easily picked me out of a busy waiting room to give me an update on my husband & also showed me a picture of the hardware that they used to correct his fracture.

I felt completely comfortable the minute I met Dr. Foulk. Whatever the outcome of my MRI I know I'm in the best hands! He is personable and I believe he cares about what's best for his patients. It's a tremendous relief to find have him looking out for me.
Dr. Foulk was a great choice for my surgeon. He was knowledgeable and explained the issue along with all possible treatments thoroughly. Once we decided surgery was needed, the entire process was smooth and precise. I am now 4 weeks out of surgery and back to my normal activities. I would recommend him to all of my friends!
I started seeing Dr. Foulk in highschool - a decade ago. He does everything he can to keep your injuries from being the focal point of your life. I know insurance plays a part in terms of treatment, but Foulk never jumps to surgery being the first and only alternative. He doesn't overprescribe meds, and is very very careful with his use of cortizone. He also understands if you can't afford certain treatments and will work with you. Amazing guy. Still remembers me/my chart like we just met.
Dr. Foulk is smart, experienced, honest, personable----he tells it as it is. He respects his patients. I feel very comfortable with him.
