I’m leaving an updated review. My first year of residency here was when Scarlett was the property manager and concerns were always addressed in a timely and appropriate manner. Since having new management, there have been a number of issues that don’t seem important to the office to resolve. My partners motorcycle was stolen not once but twice from the ungated parking area. I lived at Panorama for 4 years and for 3 of those years, Scarlett took care of us so well. If we ever had an issue she would be on top of it in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a property manager. Unfortunately, after she left the neighborhood was a little interesting at times. My car was crashed into while parked right in front of my apartment. Cops were called multiple times for noise complaints and drug related issues. Scarlette is so helpful and efficient. This place has gotten 100x better since the old manager left. She is super personable and gets things done in a timely manner which is incredible since she started during the pandemic. She got a new maintenance guy that actually finishes the work he starts too… all around, much better tenant living experience since she’s been here.
