I’m leaving an updated review. My first year of residency here was when Scarlett was the property manager and concerns were always addressed in a timely and appropriate manner. Since having new management, there have been a number of issues that don’t seem important to the office to resolve. My partners motorcycle was stolen not once but twice from the ungated parking area. I lived at Panorama for 4 years and for 3 of those years, Scarlett took care of us so well. If we ever had an issue she would be on top of it in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a property manager. Unfortunately, after she left the neighborhood was a little interesting at times. My car was crashed into while parked right in front of my apartment. Cops were called multiple times for noise complaints and drug related issues.
