I would not recommend doing business with this car lot. We made every payment on time and maintained full coverage insurance on the vehicle, yet the experience was extremely stressful and unfair. It seemed like there was always a new issue or requirement added regarding the insurance policy, even after we made the requested changes. I just want to say that Panola is the best place to buy a car! The people there are like family, and very respectful, kind, and they do work with you. Y'all have to understand that a business can only do so much before they have to take action. Do what you are supposed to and you won’t have a problem! I will recommend this place of business to everyone I know! Ps: I love my infinity Qx60 ❤️ these guys are awesome, please go see them and get you a trusted reliable vehicle, they have a lot of nice cars too!
