I have been going to Dr.Pannu's offices from last 5 years and can tell that not only is the front office staff very helpful, professional and quite pleasant, all dentists are very professional, on the top of their game and absolute genius, and more than anything they are friendly, and they have their patients best interest in mind at all times. I always had an excellent experience at their offices. No one will be disappointed after visiting Dr. Pannu's offices all over bay area.
Dr. Pannu did lot of work on my teeth and my family and we are very happy to have come to Dr. Pannu's office for our dental needs. The best thing at Dr. Pannu's Office in San Jose is that, staff is very friendly, they are current on up to date technology in Dental Practice. My experiences at Dr. Pannu's office has been great so far. The staff is very polite, friendly and accomodating. The rooms where they do the procedures is very neat and clean and no smell. They've created a very pleasant environment to come in. I just had a root canal done and the procedure went very smooth surprisingly. I've heard many scary stories about getting root canals but my experience was painless. The procedure itself didn't take that long, and i didn't feel any pressure or pain during the procedure. Dr. Pannu is a very nice person, and a great orthodontist. He cares for all my concerns and is very helpful. The procedure had little pain, and works well. Dr. Pannu is a great person, and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. He always knows what is best for each patient.
His procedure was effective, painless and somewhat expensive but my insurance paid for it. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Dr Pannu cares about his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr.Pannu for 3yrs. He is just not my orthrodonist but now is my primary dentist. Excellent service. Dr.Pannu will work with you until you are satisfied. I started with invisalign and then decided that braces would be a better fit for me. He never charge extra for changes made. Staff are friendly and professional.
I have had a great experience every time I visit Dr. Pannu in Fremont. He was very understanding with me when one of my old crowns just fell off and instead of most dentists who would pull out the remaining tooth or do a painful RCT, he suggested very good options for me to save the tooth in a much more painless manner and was thought creatively to still make it functional. Well, how can I put this all into words.... My experience with Dr. Pannu's office, including not only himself, but his associate doctors, dental assistants, and front staff -- has been outstanding. As for anyone, dental work always seems to take bravery and courage, as it can sometimes mean there may be much to repair. In my case, indeed three was.
