First time at Kaiser with Dr. Lal meet all my needs, had no issues.
3 times I have needed this doctor over the past year, 3 times I have reached out, and NOT ONCE did I ever get any response! I had to call Kaiser to get a nurse help me or get sent to urgent care. This guy should not be on staff, he is an absentee!
Doc Lal has a great bedside manner and is generally just pleasant to be around, which is always a plus when you don't want to be in the hospital. He's knowledgeable and personable, occasionally telling stories twice or repeating recommendations, but in a familiar way. He's easy to get ahold of, answers questions quickly when emailed/called, has a wonderful staff, and is usually pretty quick getting you in and out. He's my PCP and I would recommend him to anyone.
I first met Dr Lal when going into urgent care for a minor illness. He was very responsive and had a wonderful bedside manner. He was my primary physician since then and the best one I've ever had. He's patient, truly does care,m - simply the best!! I have since moved and not close enough to have I'm has my primary. Still, I felt urged to write a great review for a great doctor!!
