Went to the willoughby location. Service was good but food was horrible. My sister and I both got Panini Boys with onion rings. The burger was dry and extremely burnt. The onion rings were also extremely over cooked. This is the 3rd time this has happen.
We had Ally as our Bartender. Honestly the absolute best,,,,she even gave me some of her Sour Patch Kids.
