Don't expect service at the bar on an early Saturday afternoon.
Never have had a bad experience at this location except for a few weeks ago. Waited for a table which wasn't an issue but what I observed with the hostesses and several waitresses...they had long hair, not pulled back or up in a pony. As I watched one young lady constantly flipping her hair back then handling the table setups I'm thinking and watching her set our table hands in her hair flipping it back that she is touching the silverware, dishes that we are going to use. Jess the bartender is amazing! Very kind and efficient worker. 1st time here- will always come back because food out hot and quick! plus- our beers were never empty!

Worst service I've had at any Panini's! One time i was there I was actually going up to the bar getting my own drinks because my server was so terrible!

Absolutely horrible service!!!! Took forever to come take our order after bringing out our drinks. Then when our food came out 3 of the 4 sandwiches had no fries!! Now we are waiting forever for our check! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AND ADVISE THE SAME FOR ANYONE ELSE!!! Servers are more concerned with talking to others then helping people!!!
