The gentleman was nice enough to talk to after I found someone, but he didn't offer much information about the vehicles I was inquiring about. I asked a couple of questions and got short answers. While taking one of the vehicles on a test drive, I decided to take the vehicle back and cut shopping for a vehicle short with this dealer. Great customer service, clean affordable cars. No hassle no pressure sales people, friendly and a great place to get a car.
We purchased a 12 VW Passat from this dealership. It had no lights on in the dash when we purchased it. It did have a bulb out and one key fob that would not lock the doors. We asked for a new fob, he refused. We figured it was simple enough to replace so we purchased the vehicle because the miles were low. The light bulb was not an easy fix because the car had some new bump on it that had burnt in, that cost us 600 to replace and then the lights on the dash started coming on. I was led by the Lord here to purchase a vehicle. After looking around at other dealerships, I still loved the Ford explorer being sold here the best. Jack ans the finance company went above and beyond to take care of my family and came extremely close to our payment budget limit. This dealership in underrated, and I hope somebody looking for a pre owned vehicle would come and take a look, skip the mountain view "name brand" dealerships and come here.
