Fantastic customer service, above and beyond. We were on our way to Colorado and stopped at Big Texan RV park. While setting up we noticed that something hit one of our tires on our RV. My husband called this business before hours and a very nice man, I think his name was Nick answered My husband explained the situation and he said his tech had already left to get something but he would try to reach him but if he couldn’t catch him he would personally bring and change the tire at the RV park for us. These guys (Hawkins Trailer Supply, Baldwin Truck and Trailer, and McWhorters Tire Service) are amazing!!! During a recent move from CA to TN, we sheared off the lug bolts on one of the axles on our cargo trailer. The loss of that tire overweighted the second axle bending it to the point it needed to be replaced. It just so happened that the damage occurred in Amarillo.
