Had a solar system installed in December, as of February it has yet to be activated. You need to find a company that will complete the project, because this is not the one. Jacob has been very helpful in this situation. It turns out that the issue is with Xcel energy. The system was submitted to Xcel and no action has been taken on their part. Our solar panel was expertly installed by Panhandle Solar Consultants! My request for an estimate was answered within a few hours, and the following week they accommodated us, tearing out our solar panel system and replacing it entirely in a single day. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and we are extremely happy with their service. Thank you very much for facilitating a smooth procedure!
