I am the homeowner, yet somehow I was treated like I wasn't even part of the process. The contractor came out to my property, looked at everything, and told my realtor not me that he would send over a bid. Since then? Nothing. I reached out for the estimate and never received a bid, a response, or even an explanation. Just complete silence. If you don't want the job, say so. If you're too busy, say so. After chatting with three foundation companies and diving into the process, I decided Panhandle Foundation was the perfect fit! I watched the repair unfold from beginning to end, and wow, I was totally blown away. The wall foundation was raised, and get this—it was perfectly level with the floor slab! Plus, the corner trim came up to match, which was a real treat. The repair involved 9 piers spaced 6 feet apart, and it took about 5 hours. I’m super happy I chose Panhandle Foundation Repair!

Panhandle Foundation came out to our new construction home to look at some issues that cropped up. He was efficient with my time, honest and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend him!

We had a couple concerns regarding a couple of issues with the house settling. I had another company come out for assessment and was told that I would need a total of 5 piers, among other minor fixes. I called PF for for another opinion. PF provided a honest evaluation that differed substantially from from the first assessment. I even received some suggestions to prevent having to use any piers at this time. I want to thank Jarrod for his professionalism, courtesy and honesty. I would definitely recommend PF to anyone lookin... read more
