Dr Dixon is attentive to detail, works with her patients and their other doctors, listens to concerns and has the knowledge, equipment, resources and staff to take care of business. She is not warm and fuzzy but she is friendly and professional.

I had to cancel an appointment due to other appointments. I needed a few months before I could reschedule. She sent me letters I had to sign for almost threatening me to make an appointment.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. DIXON really knows her work. Have enjoyed getting to know her.

We waited for 3.5 hours, don’t know who her office manager is but needs to change to one who understands time management. I don’t know that her staff is competent and patient since most of her patients are elderly they need patience…my daughter has special needs and can’t be in her chair for almost 4 hours waiting to see doctor…not a fan of this office, very poor patient service

Personally would not recommend this dr to check up and follow up with your health, technicians are horrible at guiding patients through what they are doing, dr only seems to talk to her staff instead of communicate with patient and let them know what is going on, after a couple visits and waiting hours transferred out to a better office, and staff. Definitely would not recommend .
