We were traveling from DFW to Colorado and had the worst tire blowout I’d ever seen. After getting a new tire in Amarillo we were back on the road but only for a short time before the dashboard in my diesel truck began lighting up like a Christmas tree. We broke down on the way from dfw to Colorado. I called and talked to Brady who kindly listened to our sad story, then he knowledgeably (explaining everything very clearly, without being condescending as many mechanics are towards women) laid out the options and his recommendations but was never pushy about anything. Knowing the urgency of us needing to get back on the road (being stranded with 2 young kids is no amount of fun!) he squeezed us in that same day!
