I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. My dentist left town without a notice and I appreciate Dr. Ott's staff made me an appointment very quickly and has taken care of my problem. My wife and I are now establishing our care with Dr. Ott. Thank you.

Staff was outgoing, friendly, and very comforting. Haven't been to dentist in years because of too many bad experiences. This was a bad tooth that had to go. Dr Ott explained everything well and is a very caring dentist. He pulled the tooth and the root broke. He had to get it out also. I have to say i never even grabbed the chair, because i never felt any of it and thats a first.. I have a problem trusting a dentist but i am going back again and see how it goes.
Dr. Ott’s office has done alot of precautionary things to stop the possibility of spread of virus. Very clean, lots of air purifiers and the staff our suited up well. Felt very safe going in today!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ott since he took over the practice from Dr. Goodreau (15 years?). I have always received the best of care. He and his staff are knowledgeable and use up-to-date techniques and equipment. Currently, they have instituted extra precautions due to the COVID-19 situtation. You are in good hands (literally) with Dr. Ott.
Our family has been patients of Dr. Ott since he came to Panama City and while I know we have a number of good dentists in town, no one treats you any better than Dr. Ott and his entire staff. With all that has happened for all of us in the last 2 years, no matter what, they are always so positive, helpful and make you realize how important it is to have really great people taking care of you. I would not want to think about going anywhere else for our dental care.

WOW! Filing between two front teeth feel out in middle of night. Have lots of customers to face (thank goodness for face masks). Called Dr. Ott's office and even though they have not reopened they saw me on the exact time I could first be there. He and Sandra were right there waiting for me when I arrived, and did a beautiful job fixing the problem. Now if my mask slips I don't have to be embarrassed. As usual they were there for me right when I needed them.
