There’s no such beast as a five-star trip to the dentist, but Dr. Ott and his staff go the extra mile to make it as good as it can be. My preliminary exam was extremely thorough, and I was presented numerous options for courses of treatment, with what I felt was an honest appraisal regarding the urgency, or lack of urgency, about my various issues. I was provided a detailed up-front estimate of the cost of various treatment options.
They took over this practice when my dentist of many years retired. Very pleased I stayed with this team. They will work around your schedule if necessary and the whole staff is always in a good mood and happy to see you. They do everything to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Been going to this office since 1967 and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Ott is a very kind, caring dentist as is his whole staff.

With my many experiences as a dental patient (at least 150 times), I am qualified to say you all have the best dental practice I have encountered. For example, besides my own experiences, on an afternoon in December of 2005 on a surprise basis, you took in my assistant. She was distraught over a medical procedure that ended up chipping her front tooth. By evening she was comfortable and happy with your treatment of her.
