I used to have them repair my lawn equipment all the time. Push mower, riding-mower, snow-blower. Always took a long time to get fixed - but it got fixed. (Note: I would've given them 4 stars in the past for good service, but not 5 because there was never any sense of urgency.) These folks are my "go to" when I need my equipment serviced or repaired. I purchased a snow thrower from them last year and I'm very happy with the machine. The folks there are low key but very focused on customer satisfaction. I must edit my endorsement for this shop. I bought a very expensive walk behind lawn mower from Pangman's and after about a year the height adjustment broke. I took it in for repairs and they had it for weeks.
