My favorite Ashland restaurant - no lie! – I've spent lots of time at Pangea, eating there several times a week for the past three years... and I still love the food! There are so many ways to change up your usual order, with a cup of soup made from scratch, or substituting ingredients. The portions are perfect for lunch so that you don't leave with a "gut bomb" (you know the feeling of wanting to nap after lunch). BEST WRAPS....EVER!!! – Pangea hits all the marks. Great fresh food, Incredible service and the atmosphere is extremely inviting. Music rocks. I usually get the grill from Ipanema. Consistently great. And the soups... forgetaboutit. Primo. Always voted for best soups in town. Quite frankly, I travel a bit and Pangea soups are better than almost anything else I have tried. don't eat unless you watch them cook – The guy who ordered before me squished the sandwich in his pockets, he returned it as wrong so I watched as they rewrapped it to sell to me. I refused it. They didn't offer a new one, just refunded my money. I wonder how often they reuse food.
One of those wonderful hole in the wall places with excellent food! – A friend turned me on to this place and I haven't been disappointed. I've tried several items on their menu and all of them have been great! Healthy and delicious!
