A great place to live. Location is ideal. The apartments are updated and spacious. The Property Manager is responsive and professional. The Maintenance team is knowledgeable and friendly.
We lived in this apartement for over a year and were satisfied. It was quiet and our neighbors were considerate. Good price point for the size and whenever we had an issue we got a quick reply from the manager. Any important repairs were taken care of as soon as possible. Elementary school and parks nearby are also great.
Current resident,Pangborn Heights Apts. are DISGUSTING!!! Managed by slumlords. My unit was filthy upon move in. Cigarette burns in carpet and linoleum in kitchen & bathroom. Broken doors throughout the unit. Maintenance is a joke! Complaints are met with lie upon lie. It only took 8 months to get a smoke detector , the same day there's a fire in an upstairs unit.
