Dr Pang has been my sons doctor for 8 years. Before I showed up for my sons well visit I received a call for a visit reminder, asking for all my information for insurance purchases (they claimed). The call was from out of country. When I walked in, I found out the Dr Rayne pang doesnt own this place anymore. Some random doctor offered to do my sons physical, that I declined. My family has been seeing Dr. Pang for over 3 years, but he recently changed his billing policies after joining another organization. Typically, this would be fine, but no notice was given to us beforehand and we were greeted with a $150 gatekeeper charge when we brought my child in for a sudden illness. Nothing like a physician trying to take advantage of worried parents, right? Dr. Pang is a wonderful physician, but I find this type of business practice is completely unethical and will no longer be visiting Dr. Pang.
Dr. Pang is great! Our twins love his positive demeanor and educational approach. His staff is very friendly and accommodating.
