I placed an order online and it was delivered in the allotted time given. My only issue was that the salad I ordered didn’t come with a couple of items listed. I called and explained and was told my order would be remade and sent out at no cost to me. When I received the second order it was correct and they were very kind to add in 2 Tulip cookies and another bag of chips at no cost to me. It was very kind & thoughtful! I ordered a half size chicken Cesar salad for the first time to go, when I was ready to eat lunch I barely had any chicken. My friend had ordered a different salad but full size and she barely had any chicken in her's. I called back and talked to a manager and he apologized and said they would make another. I picked it up the second time. They gave me a free pastry for the trouble. The second time it also had no chicken. This salad was expensive. Wendy's give you more chicken then this. Great hazelnut coffee-had all the accoutrements(cinnamon,sugar,skim milk,cup sleeve & stopper)& the best server who hand sliced all 13 of my pink ribbon bagels @dinner time
