If you order delivery; don't expect the order to be right, the last few orders we're either missing food or the wrong items were put in the bag. Don't recommend.
I like Panera but this location is problematic. We have had multiple problems with the order being wrong and the most recent carryout order finally made up my mind that I would never visit this location again. I ordered a bacon turkey bravo. I brought the order home and it was a flat bread sandwich. I called and they said they would make it right and have the sandwich ready for us. Every time we order delivery something is wrong or missing. Tonight bacon missing from a turkey bacon bravo, wrong bread on tuna & no baguette with soup. Plus the fruit cups look awful. Last time we were completely missing a soup and they refused to get a new delivery out for it. Oh and my bag was opened tonight and smelled like weed. I will not be ordering from her anymore. Where do you even place a complaint to corporate?
RecommendedI ordered a last minute catering that required several changes and updates and this Panera did beyond an amazing job of taking care of our needs!! The were gracious and kind and did everything they could to help us! The delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience!!
Every time I go to this Panera I’m disappointed. I stopped getting salads because the lettuce was always sub par. Switched it up and got a sandwich this time, avocado was rotten. I mean who places an avocado on a sandwich that looks like this? Not to mention, we didn’t even get our Baguettes. I highly suggest driving an extra 10-15 minutes to an alternate location. Will NEVER support this Panera again.
Thanks for being unresponsive to phone calls, for not providing any notice that you planned to deliver my order 20 minutes late, for absolutely disrupting the flow of my event and the resulting delay in all aspects of the day by 30+ minutes. Thanks for pushing decent mom and pop caterers out of business leaving one subpar, soulless corporate husk of a company to provide a mediocre meal at a premium price. This particular location blows the others out of the water... in my opinion. I’ve been to almost every Panera in Dayton, OH. This location has some of the warmest, friendliest, and most customer focused staff that I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend checking this location out specifically.. every location has good food, this location has something a little bit more special going on! My family and I thank you! Asked for French onion soup and was told after we sat down that they discontinued French onion soup. Also I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich and there was nothing or very little chicken or toppings on sandwich. Bad experience!! This is the very first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at Panera. Someone is dropping the ball.
