I had a disappointing experience at this Panera location last night. The employee working the drive-thru was rude and had a noticeable attitude while I was placing my order. I was polite and straightforward, so the tone was unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy coming here, but customer service like this really takes away from it.
