This location has trouble with putting out warm food, soup is usually room temp, and cheese is never melted on sandwiches!
Consistently shitty coffee - you'd think with such stiff competition next door they'd try harder.

Don't go at peek hours. Many people just using FHA wi-fi no eating at all. And there are no tables to eat.
