I will mention a few disappointing things. First time to this Panera. Terrible wait to order in the line. Person working was very slow. Maybe new? Chicken salad was absolutely tasteless and hardly any of it on "You pick 2". Both of us had it and said the same thing. I even tried to put salt on it. I never add salt. Ciabatta bread very dry. Could not even finish half sandwich. Tomato soup was good. Pastry was good. People making food were working hard and nice but too many carry out etc large orders to handle everything. I had the Santa Fe chicken salad stuffer. Very little chicken in it no cheese no dressing Basically, just a piece of bread with some lettuce. It was terrible. I won’t be going back there.
