Outdoor family reunion, I chose to get a catered order from this location to feed everyone. Everything turned out perfect. I commend "Josh" for making everything easy, and accurate. Kudos to the entire store.
I went through the drive through and they told me to wait in a parking spot. After almost 20 minutes of wait, I’ve decided to go onsite and it was no even ready yet. So, this will not be your typical fast drive through. In addition, the banquette had a hard crust and difficult to eat in the car. The taste was not special and kind of dry for a smoke house barbecue chicken.
I just want to take a moment to recognize how amazing the Panera experience is — especially because of Colleen! Every time I walk in, she’s holding the café down with so much care, attentiveness, and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about the customers.
