Hello, I recently ordered a salad and a sandwich from Panera. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the salad. The strawberries were overripe and tasted spoiled. I also found several pieces of lettuce that were dark and appeared to be going bad. I usually expect fresh, high-quality ingredients from Panera, so this experience was very disappointing. HORRIBLE!!! Waiting for a pickup order not mine lol.I noticed a few things. I will say this they are not CLEAN. Also staff can use a refresher on customer service skills.
